If a Premium subscription does not appear active, open the player profile and tap Restore Purchases.
The player profile and Premium screen also include a Manage button that opens App Store subscription management. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
If sign-in fails, confirm that the device has an internet connection and try Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In again.
If online matchmaking is unavailable, the game may be under maintenance. Offline missions and training can still be played without a second player.
If avatar upload fails, confirm that Photos access is allowed and that the device has an internet connection.
Account deletion is available in the player profile. The app deletes the Firebase account, player profile, avatar, matchmaking records, and linked online battle/map records controlled by the developer.
Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions from the player profile, the Premium screen, or App Store subscription settings.
